How does VITL work?

Choose a condition or product, add to cart, and check out. You’ll complete a medical questionnaire and meet (virtually) with a U.S.-licensed clinician. If approved, you are billed, and a partner pharmacy dispenses your prescription and ships it to you. Free shipping and free consultation.

Do I need a prescription?

Yes. All prescription items require clinician review and approval before the pharmacy can dispense.

Can I pick my exact medication/strength?

You can request it, but the clinician will determine if it’s medically appropriate and may adjust the dose or product accordingly.

Can I use insurance?

We’re cash-pay only at this time. Many customers use HSA/FSA cards; check with your plan.

Are your clinicians U.S.-licensed?

Yes—consultations are provided by U.S.-licensed clinicians. Availability varies by state.

Are these treatments FDA-approved?

Many ingredients (e.g., tadalafil, finasteride, fluoxetine) are FDA-approved for specific indications. Compounded formulations are prepared by licensed pharmacies in compliance with applicable regulations, but are not individually FDA-approved.

Are GLP-1s (e.g., semaglutide) available?

Availability can change based on supply and state rules. If offered in your state and medically appropriate, prescriptions are filled by a partner pharmacy.

What about side effects?

All medicines can cause side effects. Your clinician will review risks, benefits, and alternatives; always read the medication guide and contact your clinician or us if you have concerns.

Which pharmacy fills my order?

We partner with licensed U.S. pharmacies. Your order confirmation shows the dispensing pharmacy and tracking once shipped.

How long does shipping take?

Most approved orders ship within 1–3 business days; transit is typically 2–5 business days, depending on location and product.

Can I get refills?

If your prescription includes refills, you’ll see Request refill in your account. Some products require periodic follow-ups before refills.
